
In taking on the Challenge, we would like you to encourage as many students as you can in your community to get active with a goal of 60 minutes each day.
Students could be encouraged to walk or ride to school, play games at lunchtime or simply be reminded to walk the dog in the afternoon – as well as getting their structured activity at school.
